Award Winning Author, Writer, Teacher of Spiritual Law & Principles, Rest & Restorative Coach, Meditation, Yoga Nidra & Embodied Movement Guide, and Educator. I began my practice to reconnect to my body through stillness, shift my mind into self-affirming thought patterns, awaken my intuitive power, and liberate myself into enjoying life freely and fully.

Through self-reflection, I was able to face and release some of my deepest fears, turn inward, and awaken to my spiritual power. This new way of being led me on a deeper transforming journey of self-awareness, truth-speaking, and soul-awakening. The same spiritual laws, principles, and practices that I integrated on my return home to self-love, are the same ones I teach today.

I have been meditating in some form since 1992 however began my journey of deep studying in 2015.  After reading Deepak Chopra’s book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, and putting into practice what I’d learned, I went on a quest for teachings that could create more understanding around the philosophies of meditation, prayer, and spiritual laws.  This search, which, soon became a hunger, led me to the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development and the lineage of Iyanla Vanzant. She, along with the Mamas and Elders, lovingly guided me on my spiritual journey of empowerment and certified me as a Spiritual Life Coach.  There, I learned a deeper awareness of indigenous wisdom, ancestral reverence, and how to tap into my own divine essence and ways of being through meditation, breathwork, journaling, and ultimately self-love.

I have expanded my practice and service to others, just like you, by founding Soul Inspired Wellness, I truly believe that our soul knows exactly what it needs to heal, connect to our inner rhythm, and elevate our well-being.  Whether I am offering this healing space through writing or wellness practices, it is my intention to support you in becoming connected and inspired by remembering the Divine Truth of who you are.

"Truly, sacred rest is soul care. We honor quiet time alone with God. We intentionally step away from the chaos of life.  We unplug from noise and distractions. We relish moments of tranquility"

~ Dana Arcuri

He lets me rest in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet and peaceful streams. ~Psalm 23:2

This was my Grandma Ernestine's favorite scripture. She taught it to me as a little girl and she recited it every morning, and sometimes throughout the day.  As I got older, I realized that it was her reminder to rest and restore.  It was her reminder that her soul was connected to a Higher Being who had it all under control.  There was no need to worry, or stress.  It was a reminder to quiet her heart and her mind.

"Looks like she's poured into the gold, she bad
The essence of beauty
Ooh, such lovely hair

She's foxy, classy
Oh, sexy, sassy
She's heavenly
A treat for the eye to see."

Carl Carlton, "She's a Bad Mama Jama"

Grandma was also full of spunk and sass too! She was a natural beauty, and it flowed out of her easily and effortlessly.

That's much how she lived life...with the least resistance, ease, and grace.

She was one of the first women that I knew could feel and be the sound of her internal rhythm.  She walked in that rhythm, talked in that rhythm, sang, laughed, and even "got you told" in that rhythm.

This is why embodied practices are a very integral part of what I teach.  I teach embodiment through somatic dance, writing, meditation, mantra, and breathwork.

When women can feel present within our bodies and connect to the soul essence within, we wake up the sacred power within!  Our intuition is clear, we cultivate joy, and we live life with ease.

We do this because we remember who we are and walk boldly in that knowing!

My Sister,
Are you ready to connect to your inner rhythm and live with ease, peace, and liberated joy?
