Breathe!


There are not many things that give me a more greater feeling than just BREATHING and BEing still. This practice helps me to not only release negative energies, like stress and worry, but it also helps me to be intentional with my thoughts. When we breathe and just be, it opens up an internal dialogue with God. Creativity, serenity and peace has no choice but to roll at your feet.
