Let's look more closely at these energetic centers that are within each of us. Our Heart Center (The Heart Chakra) located in our chest, embodies real, unconditional affection, spiritual growth, compassion, devotion and love. It is the bridge connecting the lower and higher energies of our being and is the place where resides our Spirit, our true Self, free and independent. Our Internal Sun Center (The Solar Plexus Chakra) located at the center of the body and is the place where physical energy is distributed. It is the home of unrefined emotions and personal power. It gives us the sense of complete satisfaction and contentment. Our creativity is fueled by our power of will. Our bodies ALWAYS know the answer. You can ask yourself a question and the answer will appear in your chest (heart center) or your gut (internal sun center). Some people experience a full fledged, undeniable feeling, while others may experience a faint, more subtle reaction.
Have you ever said to yourself, "This doesn't feel right." How often after something has happened you say or have the thought of, "I knew it!"? That's actually because you did. We all have an intuitive knowing. Learning to trust it, however takes building spiritual muscle. For the next seven days, challenge yourself to build that muscle with daily spiritual practices. Whatever you choose to do, whether meditation, prayer, sitting in silence, taking a walk in nature to commune with God, etc, make sure that you are consistent. Be gentle with yourself. Start slowly then add on more practices, small increments at a time. Developing a daily spiritual practice will support your becoming sensitive tot he "knowing" that is already within you.
Beloveds, rest assure that having courage to follow your heart and trust your intuition will take you beyond limitations, levels and lack.
