You Don't Have to Say Yes to Every Opportunity!

Let's be clear. An opportunity can be just the thing you need to get you to the next level. However, it can also be the very thing that takes you into a downward spiral, further away from the goal you're attempting to reach or the life you are wanting to create. How often has someone presented a a fantastic "opportunity" for you to make money, super fast? I receive them in my email all the time...Lol. What about the Facebook post that says you can begin a 6-figure income in just 30 days with only $100 investment? Let's give a more reasonable scenario. I'll use myself as study. Being an author, I was presented with an opportunity to co-author a book that was to be published by a major publishing company. The opportunity presented with all the bells and whistles. Book tours. Bill Sharing. Advances. Royalties. The Works! Even though it all sounded tremendously good, it did not sit well with me. I decided not to move forward with that "great opportunity" and just a few short months later, the publishing company went into bankruptcy and shelved all new projects. Thankfully I did not open the door to that knock of opportunity. When we position ourselves appropriately, aligning with the purpose for our lives, opportunities are going to naturally appear. You will attract them. In doing so, I would offer you to ask yourself these three questions: 1) What is the universal message this opportunity is bringing me? 2) Is this opportunity for the highest good of myself? 3) What is my gut feeling about this opportunity? Your intuition knows the answer. It's that still, small voice within, guiding and leading us to right action. Bells and whistles that come with opportunity can be distractions. Be careful not to give away your "Yes" freely. Your "Yes" is sacred. You have a Special Gift. Beauty and Greatness abides within you! You have the POWER to CREATE each day INTENTIONALLY GOOD and to Be Beautifully Inspired! Your NEXT Decision, Will Change Your DESTINY! Sincerely,
