Hey Sunshine, When you are looking in the mirror, do you really, really see you? What about when you're looking at someone else? Are there qualities in them, whether good or not so good, that you see in yourself? The Law of Reflection says that the characteristics you respond to in others, you recognize in yourself, both positive and negative. We may or may not be consciously aware that we recognize it, however our Spirit knows. The truth of who we are KNOWS. Just think back to a recent time you had an internal upset with someone. The way they said something or how they acted. Did it trigger you? How did it make you feel? Now think about a time you looked at someone and smiled, maybe giving them a mental compliment on how they handled a situation or the way they communicated something. If there was ANY feeling at all, the Law of Reflection was in operation. The Law has four primary manifestations: 1. That which you admire in others, you recognize existing within yourself; 2. That which you resist and react to strongly in others is sure to be found within yourself; 3. That which you resist and react to in others is something which you are afraid exists within you; and, 4. That which you resist in yourself, you will dislike in others. Once you recognize the Law, you will understand that fears will always be reflected in your reaction to others. Recognition supports us in being open and to letting to any fears that exist around your triggers ultimately making you available to expressing more love. There are only two states or conditions, Fear and Love. We choose from which we operate from. So Beloved, here's your heart assignment. For seven consecutive days, journal all triggers that come up for you with all of your human encounters. Don't judge whether is't right or wrong, good or bad. Simply write what comes up for you. At the end of the 7 days, take a self inventory of you internal upsets. This will give you the blueprint on where you can begin clearing out parts of you that fear and filling them up with love.
