We all have an inner child and it is that child who holds imagination and wonder. Our inner child also can hold on to feelings of abandonment, rejection and distress. When you recognize yourself feeling unbalanced, having a low mood or even anxious, it may be the child within you needing to be reminded that they are secure, loved and accepted.
Today allow your child to have some fun! Go color, play on the swings, eat ice cream or whatever else he or she wants to do. Reassure your young self that you "got this" and her only care in life is to be free!
