Hey Sunshines! Have you ever been in a place where you feel stuck and stagnant? Have you ever pictured your life one way, however your reality is something totally different? There are things in life that we cannot change, however there are MANY divine opportunities for us to make changes. Beginning with ourselves! Our thoughts create things. Period. In order to move forward and really create the life we want, the one we dream of, then we must be wiling to take responsibility for why it isn't happening.
WHAT I KNOW NOW When we get REAL and face things head on by taking ownership, RESPONSIBLITY, and accountability, we can making conscious steps to BE better, DO better, HAVE better. Accepting responsibility for our own experiences, eliminates making excuses and blaming others for what is going on in our lives.
Accepting responsibility is a DIVINE OPPORTUNITY to develop and demonstrate COURAGE, SELF-TRUST, and SELF-RESPECT. Accepting responsibility allows you to then make a commitment to your intentions and your actions.
There are six (6) elements of consciousness/behavior that must be considered and embraced in developing and maintaining a healthy sense of responsibility: 1. Intention - What is it that I want to do/desire to achieve? 2. Direction - What are the most appropriate steps? What am I willing/ready to do that is in alignment with my intention? 3. Action - Am I actualizing the steps? Am I doing what is required? 4. Reflection - What am I doing? What did I do? 5. Correction - How did it work for me? 6. Re-Direction - How can I improve what I have been doing Here's your heart assignment for the week. Each day, for the next 7 days, answer the six questions above. On the 8th day, read them all and take note of how your feeling. Take note of any new awareness or thoughts. The purpose of this assignment will support your in creatively seeing your vision, seeing how YOU are responsible, and to facilitate commitment in course corrective action.
