A big part of my work is reconciling the inner girl to the adult woman. How we act out as grown women often reflects the emotional wounds of the little girl within. When we heal her, we heal ourselves. When we send love to her, we send that same love energy to ourselves.
All we need is already within us. To heal without, we must first heal within. Healing is in our hands.
