Do the Work by Telling the Damn Truth!

#SundaySoulWord #Shit Pretense, lies, exaggeration, or nonsense. Something inferior or worthless. An act of evacuation. I confess. I don’t want to look at my own shit sometimes. However, what I know to be true is that 👉🏾 If I don’t look, 👉🏾 If I don’t examine, 👉🏾 If I don’t evacuate and let it go, ...then it stinks up my energy. It corrupts my thoughts. I get stuck in the emotional swamp created by all the negative experiences I’ve made a choice to hold on to. Listen, Love. Holding on to shit will constipate and eventually make us sick. We must be willing to do the work and relieve ourselves from the toxic accumulation of lies, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, judgments, masks we wear, and the denial of what we do and what we say because we don’t nobody to know that side of us. How do we “do the work”? By telling the damn truth. The truth of our bad behavior. The truth that we lie about what we do. The truth that sometimes we are inauthentic. The truth that we dishonor ourselves in more ways than one. One of the steps towards healing is acknowledgement. We must be willing to tell the truth! This week, reflect on this: “What truth am I hiding behind?” The truth, Beloved, will set you free. Love,
